This afternoon I dropped the logging wagons over in Chester. Despite the rain I took the opportunity to do some ballast repairs and plant the last of the conifers.
Obviously rain doesn't stop play, especially when you have an indoor line! I've run the recently refurbed OBB bogie coaches, and put the latest EJ&KLR brown wagon with the coach and van. I can't wait to get it out on the garden line, will this rain stop in time today!?
If it's anything like down here - where the weather's got worse... you'd have to put the running off for a while; still, the outside layout looks good.

Well yes it got steadlily heavier all afternoon Jon so in the end we gave up hope and continued playing inside :)
